Refund policy

We offer a full refund if your item has been damaged during transit, although we always take the utmost care to package your order safely. Please send an email including photos to info@lorettagreen.com.au.

We only offer a store credit for change of mind purchases but you will need to ship the items back to us in Brisbane, Australia. Please ensure the products are packaged carefully as any items damaged during the return process that cannot be resold will not be credited sorry. Please email us at info@lorettagreen.com.au to arrange a store credit and item return.
