I'm a Brisbane based artist with a love for rich colour and thick texture. My work is best described as heavy-textured impressionsim, with a modern take on a classic style.

My non-figurative work explores the intersection of light & colour and the joyful dance they create with eachother. My abstracted land & seascapes celebrate the beauty of the natural world using heavy-bodied acrylic paints in vibrant colours and juicy textures.

I've been painting ever since I was a toddler growing up in Coober Pedy, a small opal mining town in the red centre of Australia. These days I live and work from a home-based studio, having traded the red dirt and dust storms for a lush property bordering a creek.

Nature provides me with so much inspiration and very much informs my work. I'm fortunate to be surrounded by native bird life, beautiful big gum trees, and bush flowers that blossom year round. I also draw inspiration from the incredible Queensland coastline nearby.

Apart from a life-long love of art I also adore jewellery and have always been drawn to unique, colourful statement pieces with lots of personality. In 2022 I combined both loves and started turning my art into jewellery. My intention with creating these pieces was simply for them to mirror the beauty of the wearer and become part of their own creative self-expression.

When I paint, my main goal is to create more joy & beauty in the world. So as you browse this site today I hope the art within it brightens your day. If you have any questions for me you can reach me here.
